We deny, suppress, disperse or runaway from our true feelings. Feelings are your compass, they basically identify the location you are at.


Over time stress, fear, anger, sadness guilt and anxiety effects not only your well being, these feelings effect your capacity to think clearly, be effective in your day to day life. They prevent you to be who you want to be NOW and your decision for your destination, FUTURE.
